Ralph De Lacey MAICD

Ralph De Lacey established Consolidated Tin Mines Limited in July 2007 & listed the company on the ASX in February 2008. He has operated successful large scale gold mining operations on the Palmer River Goldfields & elsewhere.

During the last decade he has been involved in a variety of mineral exploration projects throughout North Queensland. Mr De Lacey is currently in his thirteenth term as President of the influential lobby group, North Queensland Miners Association Inc. & current President of the Queensland Small Miners Council.

Andrew Kerr LLB (Hons) B.Sc
Non-Executive Director

Mr Kerr has been a solicitor of the Supreme Court since 1995.  He has specialist expertise in Native Title and Cultural Heritage, Planning and Environment and Mining Law.

Mr Kerr has advised Miners, Government and Government owned corporations and landholders in relation to native title, cultural heritage, environmental and other statutory compliance obligations. He has worked on some of the region's major infrastructure projects.

Darryl Harris B.Sc MAusIMM
Non-Executive Director 

Darryl Harris is an engineering metallurgist with over 30 years experience in the development, design and commissioning of various metallurgical plants, including gold, iron and base metal projects. Mr Harris has had a long association with consultant engineering companies including Nedpac, Signet Engineering, Lurgi, Outokumpu and Outotec.

This includes coordination of various studies, testwork and concept development of various metallurgical plants including gold, ferrous, diamond and base metal projects which have been located in both Australia and overseas.

Mr Harris was a founding Director of Australian Kimberley Diamonds NL (“AKD”) and is currently Non-Executive Director of Indo Mines Ltd.

Si He Tong
Non-Executive Director

Mr Si He Tong was appointed as Non-Executive Director of Consolidated Tin Mines Limited on 1st March 2012.

He holds a Masters degree of Business Administration from Zhejiang University, with experience as a Managing Director in various manufacturing industries including Silk and Paper Manufacturing.

Mr Tong has been the chairman and managing director of Snow Peak Group since it was established in September 2007 and has several times received the Elite Managing Director of Zhejiang Providence Award by the Chinese Local, State, and Central government, as well as the title of Senior Economist in China in 2000. Further enforcing that title, he is a member of the Centre of Research of Private Economy in Zhejiang province.
